HOW DO I AGREE/NEGOTIATE

How to use Cash Exchange | How to Browse and Shortlist | How to Log Product / Service.. Offer | How to Place Order for Offer | Accept / Reject Orders | Why CashExchange is Safe

If you need help browsing the best product/service... demand or offer, visit Browse Demands or Browse Offers. Once you find the right proposal you're interested in, take these easy steps:

Step 1 :
First, you'll need to register as an Industry Exchange member if you haven't done so already. It's free and only takes a couple of minutes.

Step 2 :
Search and Browse through the demands you would like to review. For viewing any demand detail, you need to log on.

Step 3 :
Carefully look over what you're committing transaction on. You can communicate an Agreement to a Demand, Order for an Offer or Negotiate a Demand or Offer before the Expiry Date.

Step 4 :
Enter your agreement offer quantity, rate, advance amount and delivery period at the bottom of the page. The product quantity/service rate/project, business amount which you are willing to give to the recepient. This must be less or equal to the total quantity/amount demanded and should be equal or more than the minimum quantity demanded in case of product agreements.

Step 5 :
You can now click the "I Agree" button. That's it! You have communicated that you are agreeing to the proposal. Industry Exchange shall record this transaction and update the consumer's records with the agreement you have made.

Step 6 :
If you want to negotiate the offer, enter the product quantity, rate, amount, your terms and conditions and click the "Let's Negotiate" button. That's it! You have communicated to the consumer/supplier that you would like to negotiate.

Remember : The consumer lodging the demand or supplier lodging the offer may accept or reject the customer's proposal. On acceptance of the demand or offer, the consumer or supplier can call for any signed legal or security documents (if any) and deliver the product and or services.

Note : The actual product or funds or security is not handled by the Industry Exchange. The actual terms and conditions are also not handled by the Industry Exchange.
