HOW TO PLACE ORDERS FOR AN OFFER

| If you need help browsing the best product/service.... demand or offer, visit Browse Demands or Browse Offers. Once you find the right proposal you're interested in, take these easy steps: |
| Step 1 : | First, you'll need to register as an Industry Exchange member if you haven't done so already. It's free and only takes a couple of minutes. |
| Step 2 : | Search and Browse through the offers you would like to review. For viewing any offer detail, you need to log on. |
| Step 3 : | Carefully look over at the required rate, delivery periods and the advance requirements before committing transaction on. You can place a order for a product offer (service, project or business opportunity....) or Negotiate before the Expiry Date. |
| Step 4 : | Enter the quantity required, rate and advance amount at the bottom of the page. This is the deal which you are willing to accept. This must be within the Minimum and Maximum Quantity declared in the product offer. |
| Step 5 : | You can now click the "Place Order" button. That's it! You have communicated that you are placing an order to the product or service offer. Industry Exchange shall record this transaction and update the supplier's records with the order you have made. |
| Step 6 : | If you want to negotiate the offer, enter your terms and conditions and click the "Let's Negotiate" button. That's it! You have communicated to the supplier that you would like to negotiate. |
Remember : The Supplier may accept or reject the customer's order. On acceptance of the offer, the supplier or customer can call for any signed legal or security documents (if any) and deliver the product as per the terms and conditions to the customer. |
